The legal agreement set out below governs booking process and your accommodation in accommodation units in VILLA ANKORA Dubrovnik during your stay in Dubrovnik. It is considered that you adhered to these terms and conditions upon making booking of apartments in VILLA ANKORA.


All payments will be effected in Croatian currency (HRK). The owner shall give all reasonable assistance to guests who do not hold sufficient amount of HRK to exchange their own currencly to HRK.


Payment of rent is payable upon arrival – at check in.


VILLA ANKORA grants special discount to guests who pay in advance at the time of booking.

Any full or partial cancellation of the reservation prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid for the canceled nights. In cases of partial cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking cannot be applied to the balance due for nights stayed.

No refunds of the balance paid will be given for full or partial cancellations made after guests arrive at the property.

Check-in for our apartments is from 3 p.m.; check-out for all apartments is till 10 a.m. Staying in the accomodiation after that time unconditionally entails payment of 50 % of the daily rent, if apartment is available for daily rent.


Individual agreements on different check-in and/or check out time may be possible without extra charge, but it cannot be guaranteed.


The prices listed on our website reflect the prevailing prices at a given point in time. By making a booking on our website you lock in the prevailing price. From time to time, VILLA ANKORA may offer price discounts to generate last-minute bookings or raise prices to reflect improvements to the properties. In these cases, no price adjustments will be made to bookings that were made prior to the implementation of the price change.


VILLA ANKORA guarantees that the descriptions and photographs on our website are an accurate representation of the accommodation units.


When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar with and agree and being fully adhere with the House Rules. Violation of the House Rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.


- Upon arrival, identification documents of all guests shall be submitted to the VILLA ANKORA for registering with the local authorities (legal obligation of VILLA ANKORA). The documents shall be returned to you within 2 hours, the latest (5-10 minutes, usually).


- VILLA ANKORA changes your towels and bed linen every 2 days.


- VILLA ANKORA is not responsible for cleaning of apartments. Only the final cleaning is included in the price.


- VILLA ANKORA and/or any other third person has no right to enter the accommodation or without prior announcement to and permission except for change of towels and bed linen (timing to be agreed with guests). However, if there is reason to believe that the accommodation or guest is in danger or that the guest violated the House Rules or as per requirement of the State authorised persons, VILLA ANKORA may enter the accommodation.


- the guests of VILLA ANKORA use any equipment of or swim in the swimming pool at their own risk and responsibility. The swimming pool is safe for use by good swimmers only. Bad or no swimmers are not allowed to use the swimming pool or to be around it. The diving, running or jumping in or around the pool is not allowed. The children are not allowed in or around the swimming pool unattended. Also, glass containers and electronics are not permitted near swimming pool. In the event of violation of these rules by the guests, VILLA ANKORA reserves the right to prohibit use the swimming pool.


- the swimming pool is opened from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. only.


- VILLA ANKORA is at your service during your stay for all information and help but not required or responsible to organize your leisure time and animate you.


- Complaints about the quality of the accommodation or unkind treatment may be written in the Book of Complaints.


- VILLA ANKORA is not responsible for the guest's belongings, but will do anything in his or her power to protect and warn you of possible dangers.


- Pets are generally allowed in apartments subject to prior notification. However, pursuant to notification VILLA ANKORA reserves the right to refuse access to pets in particular accommodation. Bringing pets without prior announcement in the reservation is not allowed, and VILLA ANKORA has the right to cancel accommodation.


- The guest is not allowed to bring easily inflammable and explosive materials and objects with a strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment. Also, the guest cannot bring electric appliances without the host's permission.


- in accordance with the Resolution of the Municipality of Dubrovnik, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. is the period of night rest. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. is the period of day rest (siesta). So, you are kindly asked to comply with that Resolution.


- It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation into the apartment. In case unregistered persons or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, VILLA ANKORA has the right to cancel accommodation.


- The guest who causes damage to property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of damage. At the day of guest’s departure, the staf of VILLA ANKORA will check in the guest’s presence all rooms and appliances to prove that they are not damaged. Only then, the the guest is allowed to depart.


- the guest is obliged to leave the apartment as you found it upon arrival - tidy and undamaged.


- The guest who violates the House Rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused accommodation.


- In case VILLA ANKORA cancels accommodation due to violation of the House Rules, the guest shall not be authorised to claim difference in price, regardless of the shorter stay.


- It is implied that, upon arrival and checking in, the guest is familiar with the House Rules and agrees to obligations and conditions prescribed by it. Complaints will be considered only if they have been reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be taken into consideration.


If you fail, or VILLA ANKORA suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, VILLA ANKORA, at its sole discretion, without notice to you may terminate this Agreement and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.


We collect no information on specific consumers who browse our Web page. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded.


With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies on our Web page.


Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding reservations or requests they have made on-line.


VILLA ANKORA guarantees that any information you give to us will be held with utmost care and will not be used in a ways that you have not consented to.


We do not disclose the identities of our users unless we are legally required to do so or obtain your consent. If we receive a request by a legal authority we will contact the user whose identity has been requested using the contact information the user has provided.
